Henry's Universe Mode #217: Halloween Havoc(Part 2)

Welcome to Part 2 of Halloween Havoc, where Nia Jax challenges Alexa Bliss for the SmackDown Women's Championship, Braun Strowman and Finn Balor face off in a TLC match and Bray Wyatt looks to capture the WWE Championship.

Alexa Bliss(c) vs Nia Jax- SmackDown Women's Championship

For all Alexa Bliss has done on SmackDown Live, a motivated and destructive Nia Jax, hell bent on laying claim to the championship and avenging her defeat at Backlash, was just a step too far ahead. With the Detroit crowd surprisingly in the challenger's corner, Jax was every bit as dominant as promised. A running flip senton and impactful Samoan drop brought this snuff film of a championship match to an end, and from the ashes rose a new women's champion, who could perhaps rule the SmackDown women's division for as long as she wants.

Winner and the NEW SmackDown Women's Champion: Nia Jax

Braun Strowman(c) vs Finn Balor- Tables, Ladders and Chairs Match for the Universal Championship

This was a chaotic, brutal match, as you could've expected. Finn Balor had a gameplan, and it was to use as many of the weapons provided, as often as possible. Early on, he got hold of a steel chair, and rained down chair shots on the back and legs of Braun Strowman. This was not enough to keep Braun down, who was quickly back to his feet, and took the chair, returning the favor with a few nasty shots. One blow to the ribs of Balor was so vicious, it broke the chair in half! Strowman set his sights on his belt, hanging high above the ring, but Balor showed his toughness, stopping the champion from retaining. Finn then introduced a table, trying to put Braun through it. A shoulder check sent the Monster Among Men reeling to the outside, crashing through the table! He stumbled into another table, and Balor sacrificed life and limb, sending both men through with an incredible Spear! Yet still, that wasn't enough to keep Strowman down. Champion and challenger traded shots in the ring, and it was Braun that stood tall this time, laying Balor out with a running powerslam. It was gut check time, championship in the balance. The Demon got payback, delivering a Bloody Sunday to Strowman, sending him rolling to the floor. Balor knew that wouldn't be enough, climbing to the top rope, before soaring through the air for a Coup de Grace! Slowly, painfully, Balor scaled the ladder, and for the first time in Universe Mode, became a world champion.

Winner and the NEW Universal Champion: Finn Balor

John Cena(c) vs Bray Wyatt- WWE Championship Match

In the opening exchanges, John Cena showed some extra aggressiveness, landing hard with his rights and lefts. The champion would be in control for a little while to start off, using suplexes and a top rope legdrop to earn a near fall. Bray Wyatt is not without his own power, and he showed it, ultilizing some suplexes of his own, before catching Cena in the corner with a big splash, and followed up with his signature uranage. Sister Abigail was signaled, but Cena countered a powerbomb and a Five Knuckle Suffle. Attitude Adjustment time perhaps, but not Wyatt countered with a stiff elbow to the face. Sister Abigail! At two though, Cena showed his trademark resilience. Bray, unbothered, began his frightening crab walk, but the Leader of the Cenation, given enough time to survive, delivered the AA! This was also only a near fall, and now the WWE Champion allowed his frustration to vent. Big rights to the face opened Wyatt up, but Cena was far from satisfied. He grabbed a steel chair, but the official took it from him, as that would result in a DQ. Wyatt sat up, watching, then laughed, knowing he was in the champion's head. A distracted Cena walked right into a uranage, then a running senton. Wyatt went for another Sister Abigail, but Cena shoved him away, before slapping him right in the face! Another AA was delivered, and John Cena continued his reign as champion.

Winner and still WWE Champion: John Cena

South Park "Not Funny" Review

Good night, amateur trolls that trolled a troll and trolled themselves into a troll, brothers. With one episode to go in the season, South Park has remained consistently funny and on-point with their humor, though I worry about how their going to wrap all of this up. There are a good six to seven ongoing storylines right now, and only one episode to finish off a few of them. There was no clear focus this week, but I'll start where the episode ended, with Gerald's troll-based storyline. It's pretty satisfying to see the Troll Hunter's massive revelation; that he is, in fact, just another troll, bent on world destruction. Even Gerald couldn't find the humor in his master plan, as the Troll Hunter is truly in a league of his own. With the world on the brink of war, the trolling has truly begun, as the Troll Hunter went to work on his own employees and the other trolls, though why they had to be naked for that is beyond me. Kyle is always a sucker for saving the ...
