The Dog League: Week 7 Review(2018 Season)

Tug of War continues to slide, Tailwaggerz flex their muscle and Rare Woofs finally gets the job done in Week 7 of the Dog League. (Reminder: the Dog League is a custom fantasy football league run on NFL.com)

Game 1: Tug of War(110.36) vs Leaping Girl(126.84)

ANALYSIS

Leaping Girl nailed several personnel decisions this week. The decision to stream the Colts defense(19 points), sticking with John Brown(19.4 points) after a bad game and the decision to start Kerryon Johnson(17.9 points) over Matt Breida(-0.5 points). Tug of War meanwhile, really needs to offload to Jaguars defense(2 points). Other than that, it was a fine performance in a loss, with the highlight being Phillip Lindsay(15.6 points).

Game 2: Tailwaggerz(120.58) vs Ridiculous Rascals(89.78)

ANALYSIS

Make it five in a row for Tailwaggerz, as they continue to ride one of the most impressive runs in Dog League history. Kareem Hunt(32.1 points) was the star, while new addition Alshon Jeffery(14.8 points) may have played well enough to earn a starting spot. For Rascal, it was a game to forget, as only the Rams defense(21 points) played well this week.

Game 3: Bark Force(106.72) vs Rare Woofs(112.84)

ANALYSIS

For the second time this season, Bark Force falls to Rare Woofs, and you have to imagine that the injury to Sony Michel(1.5 points) played a huge role. But there's no spoiling to victory party of Rare Woofs, who finally get a win after playing in two consecutive nail-biters. Todd Gurley(26.6 points) continues to lead the way, while Andrew Luck(22.74 points) continues to provide solid scoring. And hey, even Kenyan Drake(14.7 points) showed up to play this week!

South Park "Not Funny" Review

Good night, amateur trolls that trolled a troll and trolled themselves into a troll, brothers. With one episode to go in the season, South Park has remained consistently funny and on-point with their humor, though I worry about how their going to wrap all of this up. There are a good six to seven ongoing storylines right now, and only one episode to finish off a few of them. There was no clear focus this week, but I'll start where the episode ended, with Gerald's troll-based storyline. It's pretty satisfying to see the Troll Hunter's massive revelation; that he is, in fact, just another troll, bent on world destruction. Even Gerald couldn't find the humor in his master plan, as the Troll Hunter is truly in a league of his own. With the world on the brink of war, the trolling has truly begun, as the Troll Hunter went to work on his own employees and the other trolls, though why they had to be naked for that is beyond me. Kyle is always a sucker for saving the ...
