Henry's Universe Mode #158: Raw

Braun Strowman vs Mark Henry

The Monster Among Men went right at it in this heavyweight collision, opening up with a series of big strikes. Mark Henry wasn't about to back down, and fought with every fiber of his being. The World's Strongest Man could only hold back the tide for so long, and Strowman connected with a running powerslam. Shockingly, Henry got the shoulder up to stay alive, but he didn't survive a second one.

After the match, Strowman looked as always to deliver more punishment, when Finn Balor intervened. Balor made the wise choice to stay on the stage and cut a promo, but all intelligence went out the window when he challenged Braun to a match next week on Raw.

Winner: Braun Strowman

#DIY vs The New Day

Just like the men they beat last week, Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa were in for a tough test against The New Day's Kofi Kingston and Big E. Ciampa was nearly put away multiple times, first on a Unicorn Stampede and later with a Midnight Hour. DIY were forced to use many of the same tactics American Alpha did, as Gargano entered illegally to get in some cheap shots. In the end, Johnny Wrestling entered like a house of fire, nailing a Diced Bread and combining with Tommaso for a Meeting in the Middle that put Kofi down for the count.

Winners: #DIY

An Announcement From Shane McMahon

Following another impressive victory, I have decided to grant Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa a Raw Tag Team Championship match next week on Raw. Should they capture the championships, they will be the ones to defend the belts against the Hardy Boyz at Extreme Rules.

Chris Jericho(c) vs Sheamus- United States Championship Match

After the Celtic Warrior pinned the champion a few weeks ago, albeit with a big assist from Kevin Owens, Shane McMahon gave him this big championship opportunity. Although Jericho showed his fight early on, a majority of this match was all Sheamus. It got tough to watch at times as Sheamus did what he does best, beating Jericho to within an inch of his life. Y2J was opened up, blood streaming down his cheeks, but he fought on, catching the challenger with a suicide dive. He then connected on a Lionsault and a Codebreaker, but couldn't even make a cover, let alone get a three count. He then took a Brogue Kick, but got the shoulder up in time. This inspired Jericho, and he fought like never before. He climbed to the top rope, and pulled out a new trick, a top rope Codebreaker, that got the job done.

There would be no celebrating for the Jerichoholics on this night, as Y2J was attacked after the bell by Kevin Owens. Luckily, officials managed to pull Owens away before serious harm was done, but it appears KO is still focused on Jericho and the United States Championship.

Winner and still United States Champion: Chris Jericho

Austin Aries vs Seth Rollins

Samoa Joe's opponent for Seth Rollins was none other than the Greatest Man That Ever Lived, the fastest rising star on the Raw roster, Austin Aries. The Architect was fired up on this night, as the Universal Champion watched on outside the ring. A Double had trouble keep up with Rollins, and turned to some cheap tactics. This worked for awhile, but his gameplan came crashing down when he was caught with a big superkick. Joe pulled Aries from the ring, and appeared to give him some instructions. When Rollins exited the ring, Aries pulled a steel chair from under the ring and planted on Seth's skull. He continued to try and cripple the number one contender, as the Samoan Submission Machine just laughed, his plan having worked to perfection.

Winner: Seth Rollins

South Park "Not Funny" Review

Good night, amateur trolls that trolled a troll and trolled themselves into a troll, brothers. With one episode to go in the season, South Park has remained consistently funny and on-point with their humor, though I worry about how their going to wrap all of this up. There are a good six to seven ongoing storylines right now, and only one episode to finish off a few of them. There was no clear focus this week, but I'll start where the episode ended, with Gerald's troll-based storyline. It's pretty satisfying to see the Troll Hunter's massive revelation; that he is, in fact, just another troll, bent on world destruction. Even Gerald couldn't find the humor in his master plan, as the Troll Hunter is truly in a league of his own. With the world on the brink of war, the trolling has truly begun, as the Troll Hunter went to work on his own employees and the other trolls, though why they had to be naked for that is beyond me. Kyle is always a sucker for saving the ...

Henry's Universe Mode #231: WrestleMania II (Part 3)

Finn Balor vs The Undertaker Finn Balor felt the full force of the strikes of The Undertaker in the early going, eating rights and lefts to the skull. The Undertaker continued to lay into Balor, dumping him to the floor with a clothesline, then following up with his vintage suicide dive! After a brief skirmish on the outside, the Deadman got destructive, grabbing the Demon's throat and driving him through the announce table with a chokeslam! It was here that The Undertaker allowed Finn Balor a chance to just give up and concede defeat, but Balor wasn't having any of it. Finn got his second wind, countering an attempted chokeslam to connect with a reverse DDT, then the shotgun dropkick in the corner. Up top, Finn connected with Coup de Grace! 1........................2.......................but it's going to take a lot more to put The Undertaker away, especially at WrestleMania. Balor laid in some shots, busting The Undertaker open, but that proved to be a huge mistake. ...
