Henry's Universe Mode #230: WrestleMania II (Part 2)

Three championships matches, plus Brand Warfare. Welcome to Part 2 of WrestleMania.

The Usos(c) vs Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens- Ladder Match for the SmackDown Tag Team Championships

The Usos had a strategy, working to isolate either Sami Zayn or Kevin Owens, quickly getting the opportunity with Owens alone in the ring. Neither member of the champions went for a ladder until Owens was thoroughly taken care of, but their diligent strategy backfired. As both Usos climbed the ladder, Sami Zayn re-entered, knocking Jimmy Uso off with a dropkick, then scaling the ladder to meet Jey. Zayn showed just how much of a maniac he could be, superplexing Jey Uso off the ladder to the floor, taking out both men! This left Kevin Owens and Jimmy Uso alone in the ring, allowing Owens to get devious, putting Jimmy through a ladder with a powerbomb! Somehow, Jey got back into the match, and got his revenge on Sami. With a ladder set up in the corner, Jey launched himself with a crossbody, putting Zayn through the ladder! But Kevin Owens had an eye to finish it, and pulled out his best weapon in the arsenal, hitting Jey Uso with a Package Piledriver. Owens looked to unhook the belts, but now Jimmy tried to stop him. But Sami took him down with a flying crossbody into another ladder, and slowly ascended the ladder. With no one left to stop them, the best friends' got the lasting image they wanted, lifting the championships and celebrating atop the ladder.

Winners and the NEW SmackDown Tag Team Champions: Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens

A Tribute

Back on the ground, Kevin Owens fetched a microphone. He called a halt to the celebrations, saying that tonight isn't just about himself and Sami Zayn. Tonight is also about those that paved the way for them in this business, and those that, unfortunately, couldn't be here to celebrate. So, Brian Pillman, Owen Hart, Davey Boy Smith, Jim Neidhart, and so many others. This one's for you!

Cesaro vs Samoa Joe

This was a hell of a fight, with neither man willing to stay down. Cesaro was busted open for a few stiff kicks from Joe, but rallied to hit a series of uppercuts, including the Swiss Death lifting uppercut. Twice, Cesaro managed to apply the Sharpshooter, but Joe escaped using the ropes the first time, then attacked the leg of Cesaro on the second. The Swiss Cyborg attempted a Neutralizer, but was countered with a back body drop! Now it was Samoa Joe's turn to go on offense, hitting the CCS Enziguri in the corner, followed by the Muscle Buster! 1.................2..............kick-out by Cesaro! Both men then traded forearms, battling past the point of exhaustion, dropping to the canvas. Who would take advantage? It was Samoa Joe who just got to his feet first, and locked in the Coquina Clutch! The deadly submission move claimed another victim, as Joe earned a world title match and the first pick in the WWE Draft for Raw.

Winner: Samoa Joe

Sasha Banks(c) vs Asuka vs Becky Lynch- Raw Women's Championship Match

Sasha Banks and Becky Lynch started out this match as enemies, with Lynch not having forgotten Banks' stealing of her championship back at Survivor Series. Quickly, though, Asuka took control, nearly scoring several eliminations over both women. Not wanting to be left in a one on one match with the Empress, enemies became allies, as Becky and Sasha began to work together. This strategy would not work out for the champion, as Asuka laid out Sasha with a german suplex on the floor for her troubles. But from out of nowhere, Becky managed to apply the Dis-arm-her on Asuka! It was shades of Summerslam, as Asuka tapped out again, suffering the ignominy of being the first woman eliminated. A now recovered Sasha jumped Becky from behind, attacking the back, looking to set up the Bank Statement. After a few minutes, the Bank Statement was locked in! Would Becky Lynch tap? No, she countered into a roll-up, and before anyone knew, the ref had counted three! Becky Lynch steals back her championship at WrestleMania!

Winner and the NEW Raw Women's Champion: Becky Lynch

AJ Styles(c) vs Kenny Omega- Anything Goes for the Intercontinental Championship

This match was opened with an immediate brawl, as both AJ Styles and Kenny Omega exchanged shots with steel chairs, baseball bats, kendo sticks and more. After a few minutes, the "match" approached the ring. AJ went wild, putting Kenny through one table with a powerbomb, a second with a 450 splash, and then a third with a Styles Clash! It seemed like Styles might've been about to retain his title, but Omega wasn't finished yet. The Cleaner brought the fight to the Phenomenal One with a chair, before hitting a Croyt's Wrath on the floor! It was falls count anywhere, but AJ still survived, kicking out at two! For the first time, both participants entered the ring. Styles quickly introduced a ladder to the ring, smacking Omega's face into one of the rungs. Phenomenal Forearm to Kenny Omega! Styles began to ascend the ladder, with vicious thoughts on his mind. Spiral Tap from the top of the ladder! Styles Clash! 1.......................2.....................kick-out! Orlando went ballistic, as Omega somehow survived. AJ grabbed another chair, but Kenny was back to his feet. One-Winged Angel, onto the chair! 1.........................2.........................another kick-out! Both of these men were fighting for their spot on SmackDown, for the Intercontinental Championship and the claim to being the absolute best. Omega slapped Styles in the face, which was answered by a rolling elbow. AJ now slowly lifted Kenny to the top rope, what could he be looking for? On the shoulders, BURNING HAMMER! Kenny Omega has to be out cold! Another Styles Clash! 1.......................2.....................3!

Winner and still Intercontinental Champion: AJ Styles

South Park "Not Funny" Review

Good night, amateur trolls that trolled a troll and trolled themselves into a troll, brothers. With one episode to go in the season, South Park has remained consistently funny and on-point with their humor, though I worry about how their going to wrap all of this up. There are a good six to seven ongoing storylines right now, and only one episode to finish off a few of them. There was no clear focus this week, but I'll start where the episode ended, with Gerald's troll-based storyline. It's pretty satisfying to see the Troll Hunter's massive revelation; that he is, in fact, just another troll, bent on world destruction. Even Gerald couldn't find the humor in his master plan, as the Troll Hunter is truly in a league of his own. With the world on the brink of war, the trolling has truly begun, as the Troll Hunter went to work on his own employees and the other trolls, though why they had to be naked for that is beyond me. Kyle is always a sucker for saving the ...

Henry's Universe Mode #231: WrestleMania II (Part 3)

Finn Balor vs The Undertaker Finn Balor felt the full force of the strikes of The Undertaker in the early going, eating rights and lefts to the skull. The Undertaker continued to lay into Balor, dumping him to the floor with a clothesline, then following up with his vintage suicide dive! After a brief skirmish on the outside, the Deadman got destructive, grabbing the Demon's throat and driving him through the announce table with a chokeslam! It was here that The Undertaker allowed Finn Balor a chance to just give up and concede defeat, but Balor wasn't having any of it. Finn got his second wind, countering an attempted chokeslam to connect with a reverse DDT, then the shotgun dropkick in the corner. Up top, Finn connected with Coup de Grace! 1........................2.......................but it's going to take a lot more to put The Undertaker away, especially at WrestleMania. Balor laid in some shots, busting The Undertaker open, but that proved to be a huge mistake. ...
