The Dog League: Week 14 Review(2018 Season)

Rascal gets the job done by the narrowest means possible in Week 14 of the Dog League. (Reminder: the Dog League is a custom fantasy football league run on NFL.com)

Game 1: Tug of War(102.78) vs Ridiculous Rascals(103.64)

ANALYSIS

Rascal pulls out a nail-biter to win his first Regular Season Championship, as running backs Christian McCaffrey(22.1 points) and Joe Mixon(19.8 points) led the way. Antonio Brown(3.5 points) massively under performed, nearly blowing the game for Rascal. For Tug of War, Julio Jones(22.6 points) and the Bears defense(20 points) came to play, but Brandin Cooks(2.2 points) and Zach Ertz(3.8 points) did not, eliminating Tug of War from the playoffs.

Game 2: Bark Force(130.48) vs Tailwaggerz(96.7)

ANALYSIS

Big games from Saquon Barkley(25.7 points) and JuJu Smith-Schuster(25 points) led Bark Force to an expected win, and a playoff spot. With Kareem Hunt and James Conner gone, Tailwaggerz would've hoped that David Johnson(6.1 points) would step up, but his struggles continued. The two teams will meet again next week in the first round of the playoffs.

Game 3: Leaping Girl(119.68) vs Rare Woofs(91.12)

ANALYSIS

It was a game that didn't matter at all to Leaping Girl, but she still got the job done behind a monster performance from George Kittle(27 points). Rare Woofs didn't get much production from their running backs, as Todd Gurley(5.8 points) and Leonard Fournette(4.1 points) both posted clunkers. Despite the loss, Rare Woofs made the playoffs anyway, and will face the red-hot first place Ridiculous Rascals in the first round.

South Park "Not Funny" Review

Good night, amateur trolls that trolled a troll and trolled themselves into a troll, brothers. With one episode to go in the season, South Park has remained consistently funny and on-point with their humor, though I worry about how their going to wrap all of this up. There are a good six to seven ongoing storylines right now, and only one episode to finish off a few of them. There was no clear focus this week, but I'll start where the episode ended, with Gerald's troll-based storyline. It's pretty satisfying to see the Troll Hunter's massive revelation; that he is, in fact, just another troll, bent on world destruction. Even Gerald couldn't find the humor in his master plan, as the Troll Hunter is truly in a league of his own. With the world on the brink of war, the trolling has truly begun, as the Troll Hunter went to work on his own employees and the other trolls, though why they had to be naked for that is beyond me. Kyle is always a sucker for saving the ...
