Kevin Owens vs Sami Zayn- Extreme Rules Match

These two bitter rivals kicked off the show by beating the absolute stuffing out of each other. This was less of a match than a brawl, with weapons being involved right from the start. Ultimately, Sami just couldn't match the vicious nature of Kevin Owens, and KO put Sami away again with a Pop-Up Powerbomb, Sami planted right into a steel chair. Once again, Kevin Owens is victorious over Sami Zayn, and defends his spot in the Royal Rumble.

Winner: Kevin Owens

The Miz(c) vs Baron Corbin- Intercontinental Title Match

The Lone Wolf had all the momentum in the world heading into this match, but Miz is a very crafty man, and got the best of Corbin in the early going. With Dolph Ziggler shouting encouragement from ringside, Miz picked Corbin apart. It seemed to be all but over when Miz connected with a Skull Crushing Finale, only for Corbin to get the shoulder up at the last possible second. A disconcerted Miz took a quick break, conferring with Ziggler to try and get a gameplan. However, this gave Corbin a chance to recover, and he caught Miz with an End of Days to become a 3-time Intercontinental Champion.

Winner and the NEW Intercontinental Champion: Baron Corbin

Brock Lesnar(c) vs Bray Wyatt vs Rusev vs Goldberg- World Heavyweight Title Match

Four of Raw's powerhouses spelled all out chaos, and that was exactly what we got in the main event of Part 1. All four men went right after it, and when the dust had cleared, Goldberg was the one dishing out the most damage. The only man in this match who seemed like he could contain Goldberg was the champ, who took Goldberg to the outside. Rusev seemed desperate to put Bray Wyatt away in the inside of the ring, as the Bulgarian Brute wanted to finally win the World Heavyweight Title. It was not to be, as Goldberg decimated Rusev with a Spear and a Jackhammer, while Lesnar took out Wyatt. A three count later, and a new World Heavyweight Champion was crowned, as Goldberg laid claim to the belt for a second time.

Winner and the NEW World Heavyweight Champion: Goldberg

Two new champions are crowned here in Part 1 of the Royal Rumble. Stay tuned for Part 2 later today, where we will see three more title matches, including Tyler Breeze putting the WWE Title on the line against Tyson Kidd and AJ Styles.

Latest Update on new puppy

As you may well know from my mom's posts, there is a handsome puppy in the house. His name is Rascal, which appropriately fits him. Before Tuesday, he'd never had much problem with the crate, something I found interesting. He'd also never experienced anxiety issues when people came and left. Then yesterday, my dad and I were standing in the driveway organizing things for a trip to Goodwill. All of a sudden, Rascal freaked out. Some history behind the newest member of our family. Rascal was a stray in Hollister, when CARE, a rescue organization, found him. At this time Rascal was estimated to be about 2 months old, the age of a puppy when you first get them. He went to another family, who had him for quite a while, around 5 months. Then, without explanation, this family moved to Ohio, surrendering Rascal. CARE once again had him and his crazy antics for about a month. Rascal's name was changed to Boots in his time with CARE, but he wouldn't answer to that name. He ...

Henry's Universe Mode #90: Main Event

Tonight on Main Event, it's Cruiserweight Classic Group B action. The talented Rich Swann faces the vicious Drew Gulak, and in the main event the Technical Wizard Zack Sabre Jr takes on Cedric Alexander. Also, it's the debut of one of SmackDown's newest tag teams, The Revival, as they face Raw's Golden Truth. Universe Mode Main Event December 14th, 2016 Location: Greensboro, NC The Revival vs Golden Truth Goldust and R-Truth are talented veterans, but it was Dash Wilder and Scott Dawson that controlled this match. They looked very impressive in their debut, using a slow pace to pick apart the Bizzare One, before finishing him off with a Shatter Machine to pick up a big debut win. Winners: The Revival Rich Swann vs Drew Gulak- Cruiserweight Classic Group B Match This was the classic match up between high flying and technical brilliance, and it was Gulak's slower style that controlled this match. Swann got in his offense whenever he could, hit...
