Rich Swann and Cedric Alexander vs Brian Kendrick and Drew Gulak

Swann and Alexander were semi-finalists in the CWC for a good reason, as they showed in this tag match. The brutality of Kendrick and Gulak simply wasn't enough, a 450 Splash from Swann to Gulak sealing the deal.

Winners: Rich Swann and Cedric Alexander

Alberto Del Rio vs Tye Dillinger

The Perfect Ten, Tye Dillinger, had all the fan support going up against Alberto Del Rio. Unfortunately, the veteran Del Rio picked the newcomer apart with vicious, methodical offense. Dillinger stayed alive as long as he could, even hitting a Tye Breaker for a two count, but in the end, it wasn't enough. Del Rio locked in the Cross Armbreaker, and Dillinger had no choice but to tap.

Winner: Alberto Del Rio

TJ Perkins vs Kota Ibushi- Cruiserweight Title Match

This big rematch, with the brand new Cruiserweight Title at stake, got going in a quick way. The undefeated Ibushi got some high flying moves in early, but soon the tides had shifted. Perkins wrestled his style, picking Ibushi apart. For the second time in as many weeks, the Golden Star was in serious trouble. Perkins took Ibushi down to the mat, and locked in the TJP Clutch, right in the center of the ring. Ibushi struggled, but couldn't reach the ropes. He continued to fight, the hold locked in for whole minutes. Finally, shockingly, Ibushi tapped, and a new Cruiserweight Champion was crowned!

TJ Perkins lifted his new title aloft, getting congratulations from a still shocked Ibushi. It seemed all was right for TJP, until the music of Neville played. The Man That Gravity Forgot stormed the ring, blind-siding Perkins with big strikes. He decimated the new champ with a Red Arrow, before holding the title in the air to close the show.

Winner and the NEW Cruiserweight Champion: TJ Perkins

TJ Perkins is the new Cruiserweight champion, and it appears that he's already found a new contender in Neville. Thank you for tuning in to Main Event.

Latest Update on new puppy

As you may well know from my mom's posts, there is a handsome puppy in the house. His name is Rascal, which appropriately fits him. Before Tuesday, he'd never had much problem with the crate, something I found interesting. He'd also never experienced anxiety issues when people came and left. Then yesterday, my dad and I were standing in the driveway organizing things for a trip to Goodwill. All of a sudden, Rascal freaked out. Some history behind the newest member of our family. Rascal was a stray in Hollister, when CARE, a rescue organization, found him. At this time Rascal was estimated to be about 2 months old, the age of a puppy when you first get them. He went to another family, who had him for quite a while, around 5 months. Then, without explanation, this family moved to Ohio, surrendering Rascal. CARE once again had him and his crazy antics for about a month. Rascal's name was changed to Boots in his time with CARE, but he wouldn't answer to that name. He ...

The 2017 WWE Draft begins..........right now! Pick #1- SmackDown selects Brock Lesnar What a way to start of the draft, as the Beast Incarnate in heading to Tuesday Nights. Since losing to Samoa Joe a few weeks ago on Raw, we haven't seen anything from Brock Lesnar. This move will certainly have most of the SmackDown roster looking over their shoulder. ...

South Park "Not Funny" Review

Good night, amateur trolls that trolled a troll and trolled themselves into a troll, brothers. With one episode to go in the season, South Park has remained consistently funny and on-point with their humor, though I worry about how their going to wrap all of this up. There are a good six to seven ongoing storylines right now, and only one episode to finish off a few of them. There was no clear focus this week, but I'll start where the episode ended, with Gerald's troll-based storyline. It's pretty satisfying to see the Troll Hunter's massive revelation; that he is, in fact, just another troll, bent on world destruction. Even Gerald couldn't find the humor in his master plan, as the Troll Hunter is truly in a league of his own. With the world on the brink of war, the trolling has truly begun, as the Troll Hunter went to work on his own employees and the other trolls, though why they had to be naked for that is beyond me. Kyle is always a sucker for saving the ...
