Henry's Universe Mode #198: Summerslam(Part 2)

Welcome to Part 2 of Summerslam. In this part, we see Tyler Breeze face Fandango, with Breeze's Money in the Bank briefcase on the line. Becky Lynch and Randy Orton put their championships up for grabs, against Asuka and Kenny Omega respectively. In Part 2's main event, the Hardy Boyz defend their championships against Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose.

Tyler Breeze vs Fandango

It became apparent pretty quickly that Fandango was not interested in actually winning this match. He seemed determined only on causing as much pain to Tyler Breeze as Breeze had caused to him, opening Prince Pretty up with right hands. Fandango declined again and again to get the three count, focusing on opening the cut on Breeze's forehead. You knew this strategy would cost him, and eventually, it did. Fandango unloaded on Breeze in the corner with rights and left, only for Tyler to roll out of the way and connect with a Super Model Kick, winning the match but paying the price.

Winner: Tyler Breeze

Becky Lynch(c) vs Asuka- Raw Women's Championship Match

From the start, the story of this match revolved around how each woman could handle their opponent's signature submission. Becky Lynch did a lot of work on Asuka's arms, while Asuka focused on the head and back of the champion. The Irish Lass Kicker showed some of her best form on this night, as she showed off some flashy offense, including a suicide dive. She would get the Dis-arm-her locked in, but Asuka was able to survive and counter into the Asuka Lock. This time, it was Becky who survived, and when Asuka charged, she applied the Dis-arm-her for a second time, shockingly tapping out the Empress.

Winner and still Raw Women's Champion: Becky Lynch

Randy Orton(c) vs Kenny Omega- Intercontinental Championship Match

To say that Randy Orton has been a successful Intercontinental Champion is certainly an understatement, as the Viper has beaten almost everyone he's faced. He used a lot of similar tactics in this match against Kenny Omega, wearing down his opposition with surprising power and deadly accurate strikes. But where others had failed, The Cleaner thrived. He exchanged strikes with Orton, using his speed and athleticism to stay one step ahead. When Orton looked for a big move in the corner, Omega countered right into the One Winged Angel, and the Intercontinental Championship reign of Randy Orton came to an abrupt end.

Winner and the NEW Intercontinental Champion: Kenny Omega

Getting the Band Back Together

Before the tag team championship match, a surprise was in store for the champions. Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose entered from the crowd to a massive ovation, but they were not alone, as Roman Reigns flanked his former brothers. The Shield is back!

The Hardy Boyz(c) vs The Shield- Raw Tag Team Championship Match

The surprise factor of the reformation of The Shield would play a massive role in this match, as the champions were always on the back foot. Jeff and Matt Hardy fought their heart out, like always, but it just wasn't enough against the Hounds of Justice. When the ref was taken out accidentally by Jeff Hardy, Ambrose and Rollins took advantage. Reigns entered the ring, and together they delivered a signature Shield triple powerbomb. Rollins then connected with the Gourdbuster GTS, as Ambrose revived the official just in time to get the three count, bringing gold once more to The Shield.

Winners and the NEW Raw Tag Team Champions: The Shield

Roman Reigns returns to Raw, and The Shield once more capture the tag team championships. I hope you've enjoyed Part 2 of Summerslam. Join me one final time later today for Part 3, with the Universal and WWE Championships on the line.

Henry's Universe Mode #231: WrestleMania II (Part 3)

Finn Balor vs The Undertaker Finn Balor felt the full force of the strikes of The Undertaker in the early going, eating rights and lefts to the skull. The Undertaker continued to lay into Balor, dumping him to the floor with a clothesline, then following up with his vintage suicide dive! After a brief skirmish on the outside, the Deadman got destructive, grabbing the Demon's throat and driving him through the announce table with a chokeslam! It was here that The Undertaker allowed Finn Balor a chance to just give up and concede defeat, but Balor wasn't having any of it. Finn got his second wind, countering an attempted chokeslam to connect with a reverse DDT, then the shotgun dropkick in the corner. Up top, Finn connected with Coup de Grace! 1........................2.......................but it's going to take a lot more to put The Undertaker away, especially at WrestleMania. Balor laid in some shots, busting The Undertaker open, but that proved to be a huge mistake. ...

American Dad "Stompe Le Monde" Review

You know, I once tried to make it in musical theater. If only I had watched this episode beforehand, I would've known I needed a leather jacket to truly make it. Alas, those dreams are for a more pretentious soul than mine. "Stompe Le Monde" is a wild episode of American Dad, one that starts with Stan's previously unknown uncle dying and ends with wanton destruction of many Sonic Drive-Ins. It's a crazy a journey as it sounds, one that left me just struggling to keep up. The family to use the new inheritance to travel to New York City, but Stan quickly blows the money on the rights to Stomp, which is apparently a real musical. The whole town of Langley is very excited to see the new show, but Stan has no idea what he's doing, never once hiring a director or even rehearsing. Why this only came up literally minutes before opening is anyone's guess. The Smith Family is forced to go on the run, and are attacked by many ferocious coyotes off-screen. In ye...

American Dad "The Hand that Rocks the Rogu" Review

American Dad as a show is definitely not afraid to get a little freaky, and nothing is more evident than the existence of Rogu, Roger's tumor that became a character himself in "Persona Assistant". Rogu primarily works as a character because he stays in the background, but this week, he takes a starring role in one of the weirdest American Dad episodes to date. "The Hand that Rocks the Rogu" has little in the way of traditional plot structure, and can only barely be considered an episode at all. It's more a collection of funny and bizarre skits, with a few running plot points that end up forming some sort of resolution. Steve wants to become a babysitter, but Francine says he's not ready, so he needs to prove himself to her. He does that by taking care of Rogu, as Roger is off for a night of NSFW activities. Steve is instructed not to let Rogu have candy or screentime, but violates both rules almost immediately. It turns out that Rogu multiplies w...
