WWE 2k16 Universe Mode Week 1: RAW

Welcome to the first week of the WWE 2k16 Universe Mode! I've spent a lot of time setting this up, so it should go pretty well. It's going to be an insane first week, with 12 different titles to be decided. Let's jump right in.

Universe Mode
Week 1
Monday Night Raw
Location: Los Angeles, CA

Brothers of Destruction vs D-Generation X- World Tag Title Match

Natalya vs Trish Stratus vs Lita- Women's Title Match

CM Punk vs Rob Van Dam

Ryback vs John Cena- IC Title Match, Falls Count Anywhere

Seth Rollins vs Brock Lesnar vs Roman Reigns vs Bray Wyatt- World Heavyweight Title Match, Ladder Match

Summary:
We kicked off the very first episode of Raw, live from Los Angeles, with a retro World Tag Team Title Match, featuring the Brothers of Destruction against D-Generation X. The match went back and forth for a little while, with a Sweet Chin-Pedigree Combo scoring a near fall for D-X. The Brothers would turn it around from there, with a bloodied Undertaker hitting a Last Ride on HBK for the pinfall and the World Tag Team Titles. The Women's Title was on the line up next, with Natalya caught in the middle of the rejuvenated Lita-Trish Stratus feud. The women put on a show, with top-rope hurricaranas, lots of suplexs and and hard-hitting action. In the end, it was Trish Stratus with a Chick Kick to Lita that scored the fall, putting Trish back on top of the mountain. The final mid card bout saw the Voice of the Voiceless CM Punk take on the Whole F'n Show Rob Van Dam. This match featured a clash of styles, with Punk's technical wrestling and striking against RVD's high flying ability. A vicious piledriver busted RVD open, and a elbow drop from Punk was enough to score him victory.

The semi-main event featured an old rivalry reignited, as John Cena and Ryback squared off with the prestigious Intercontinental title on the line. The match was surprisingly short but incredibly brutal, with Ryback getting busted open with chair shots by Cena. Both men took full advantage of the Falls Count Anywhere stipulation, brawling outside of the ring for an extended period of time. Two AA's from Cena was enough to put the Big Guy away, as Cena won the only title that has eluded him in his time in the WWE. (Side Note: I will make some adjustments to turn down Cena's OP-ness, as he basically just destroyed Ryback). Finally, it was main event time, a four-way ladder match for the World Heavyweight Title. Some highlights included: Seth Rollins hitting a Phoenix Splash on Bray Wyatt whilst simultaneously drop-kicking Brock Lesnar, Rollins hitting another drop-kick on Brock off the ladder, and a Roman Reigns Samoan drop on Seth off the ladder. In the end, Bray Wyatt slipped up the ladder in all the commotion and snatched the World Heavyweight Title, making him the new face of Raw.

An incredible first night of action saw the Eater of Worlds claim his first world title, John Cena, Trish Stratus, The Undertaker and Kane claim the rest, and the re-debut of CM Punk. Not a bad first night for my WWE Universe. Up next: NXT, where Finn Balor and Kevin Owens face off in the main event with the NXT title on the line. Stay tuned for more universe mode!

The 2017 WWE Draft begins..........right now! Pick #1- SmackDown selects Brock Lesnar What a way to start of the draft, as the Beast Incarnate in heading to Tuesday Nights. Since losing to Samoa Joe a few weeks ago on Raw, we haven't seen anything from Brock Lesnar. This move will certainly have most of the SmackDown roster looking over their shoulder. ...

South Park "Not Funny" Review

Good night, amateur trolls that trolled a troll and trolled themselves into a troll, brothers. With one episode to go in the season, South Park has remained consistently funny and on-point with their humor, though I worry about how their going to wrap all of this up. There are a good six to seven ongoing storylines right now, and only one episode to finish off a few of them. There was no clear focus this week, but I'll start where the episode ended, with Gerald's troll-based storyline. It's pretty satisfying to see the Troll Hunter's massive revelation; that he is, in fact, just another troll, bent on world destruction. Even Gerald couldn't find the humor in his master plan, as the Troll Hunter is truly in a league of his own. With the world on the brink of war, the trolling has truly begun, as the Troll Hunter went to work on his own employees and the other trolls, though why they had to be naked for that is beyond me. Kyle is always a sucker for saving the ...

Henry's Universe Mode #90: Main Event

Tonight on Main Event, it's Cruiserweight Classic Group B action. The talented Rich Swann faces the vicious Drew Gulak, and in the main event the Technical Wizard Zack Sabre Jr takes on Cedric Alexander. Also, it's the debut of one of SmackDown's newest tag teams, The Revival, as they face Raw's Golden Truth. Universe Mode Main Event December 14th, 2016 Location: Greensboro, NC The Revival vs Golden Truth Goldust and R-Truth are talented veterans, but it was Dash Wilder and Scott Dawson that controlled this match. They looked very impressive in their debut, using a slow pace to pick apart the Bizzare One, before finishing him off with a Shatter Machine to pick up a big debut win. Winners: The Revival Rich Swann vs Drew Gulak- Cruiserweight Classic Group B Match This was the classic match up between high flying and technical brilliance, and it was Gulak's slower style that controlled this match. Swann got in his offense whenever he could, hit...
