Henry's Universe Mode(Season 4) Episode 11: Judgment Day

Welcome to Judgment Day. Tonight, that phrase is quite literal for Drew McIntyre, who must defend his WWE Championship against one of the toughest and meanest men in Universe Mode, Brock Lesnar. For Bobby Roode, tonight is an opportunity to prove to the world that he is as good as he says he is, but to do so, he must go through an extremely fired up Daniel Bryan. Plus, the Hardy Boyz look to stun the cocky champions, Ember Moon challenges Asuka and AJ Styles faces Andrade Almas in a dream match.

And now, SmackDown presents........................Judgment Day!

Official Judgment Day Theme Song- "War of Change"- Thousand Foot Krutch

Charlotte Flair vs Sasha Banks

Both women cycled through their signature moves in a back and forth battle to open Judgment Day. Ultimately, Sasha Banks backed up her bold claims, managing to lock in the Bank Statement and managing to make Charlotte Flair tap out.

Winner: Sasha Banks

The KO & Sami Show(c) vs Hardy Boyz- SmackDown Tag Team Championship Match

Jeff and Matt Hardy made the champions pay for not treating this challenge seriously, as they dominated this match. The title reign of Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn came so closing to ending, as Sami had to save Kevin following a Twist of Fate. But the champions just managed to hang on, hitting the Brainbuster/Frog Splash combo on Matt to retain the titles.

Winners and still SmackDown Tag Team Champions: The KO & Sami Show

AJ Styles(c) vs Andrade "Cien" Almas- Intercontinental Championship Match

AJ Styles was once again without backup, but Andrade Almas had Zelina Vega in his corner, and she paid dividends early, distracting the ref to save her client following a Phenomenal Forearm. From there, the tide shifted in Almas' favor, as he ran through his incredible moveset. The final piece of the puzzle was the hammerlock DDT, but the champion had it scouted, evading twice. In the closing moments, Styles laid it all on the line, hitting a Frog Splash to the floor. He rolled Almas back into the ring and delivered the Styles Clash to survive an incredibly close title defense.

Winner and still Intercontinental Champion: AJ Styles

Post-Match

As a spent AJ Styles recovered in the ring, his fellow Club members Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows entered the ring. They declared that their leader was weak, and both attacked Styles, hitting him with a Magic Killer. Anderson and Gallows then announced that The Club has a new leader, someone who can take the group back to their former heights- Finn Balor! Balor made his first appearance on the SmackDown roster, grinning from ear to ear, before sending the closing message with a Coup de Grace to Styles.

Bobby Roode vs Daniel Bryan- No Holds Barred

This was a sickening display from Bobby Roode, who immediately attacked Daniel Bryan with a baseball bat, perfectly legal in this match. Roode destroyed Bryan with weapons, hitting with a steel chair and powerbombing him multiple times into steel steps. Roode connected with a Glorious DDT onto the chair, but somehow, Bryan kicked out at two! He tried to rally, but it was all for naught, as a second Glorious DDT put the American Dragon down for three.

Winner: Bobby Roode

Asuka(c) vs Ember Moon- SmackDown Women's Championship Match

Ember Moon only had one move that she was building towards, and that was the Eclipse. But Asuka had done her homework, and made sure she was never in position to take the move. Following a big lariat, Moon did have an opening to go to the top rope, however Asuka quickly scrambled to her feet and sent Moon crashing to the canvas. From there, the Asuka Lock was applied for the submission win.

Winner and still SmackDown Women's Champion: Asuka

Wyatt Family vs ???

The opponents for Luke Harper and Erick Rowan tonight were Aiden English and Rusev, collectively known as Rusev Day. English and Rusev worked extremely well together, getting off to a fast start as Rusev got Rowan to tap to the Accolade, leaving Bray Wyatt furious yet again.

Winners: Rusev Day

Drew McIntyre(c) vs Brock Lesnar- WWE Championship Match

Brock Lesnar was singularly focused on finally capturing the WWE Championship, and took Drew McIntyre apart with vicious ground and pound offense and nasty submissions. But the Scottish Psychopath wasn't going down that easily, managing to kick out of an F-5 and almost retaining his championship with a Claymore Kick. Both men were opened up, but neither was willing to back down in an exchange of strikes. McIntyre connected on a brutal headbutt, before planting Lesnar with a Future Shock DDT to survive another grueling title defense.

Winner and still WWE Champion: Drew McIntyre

Henry's Pay-Per-View Reviews: ECW Heatwave 1998

As the world collectively loses it's mind over the coronavirus(this could be a fun intro to look back on in the future), the only sanity that can be found is in the ring. Let's take a look today at what is often considered ECW's finest outing, Heatwave '98. - Jokes aside, everyone should stay safe out there. I know it's easy to panic about these mass outbreaks, and I've certainly felt very nervous about everything I've heard and read over the past week. But I think we all need some fun in our lives right now, and this show is the epitome of distraction. - The opening contest is one of the highlights of the night, as Jerry Lynn takes on Justin Credible. Credible has an entire entourage in his corner, including Chastity, Jason and Nicole Bass, and their involvement in this match at times bordered on excessive. But the match begins to hit it's peak when Lynn puts Credible through a table with a hurricanrana, and it's all fantastic from...

American Dad "Twinanigans" Review

It's been a while since the last Steve and Roger episode, and this week reminded me why that's such a classic American Dad pairing. This is a genuinely fun episode, filled with some great one liners and even a great callback to the show's past. "Twinanigans" centers around the heretofore unmentioned acting careers of Roger and Steve, who twinned it up as the Smith Brothers. I'm not going to question whether this backstory actually makes sense to the overall timeline; no one watches American Dad for continuity. Steve had to give up acting to attend kindergarten, and wants to give Roger a second chance at greatness. The two head to auditions, where Steve impresses and Roger blows it. It's here the episode kinda misfires, as it's never made abundantly clear why Roger struggles so much at acting. Is he just trying too hard, does he have some form of stage fright, does he not even know what acting is? This part of the story is just never explained, w...

The Route of Life

dedicated to my hermits, who changed my life Ch 1 My Hermit crabs Hermit crabs are sometimes hard to take care of. Especially when you never had a hermit. Last Sunday afternoon I got 2 Hermit crabs. Their names are Crabbe and Goyle. I have talked with many sales people. The first Petco we went to (where we got the hermits and their things) seemed to have no idea on the subject. So we ended up going to Dolphin Pet Village. They were more experience at the subject. Now we have some of the things we will need. Last week, I went to a second Petco. There we got a cuttlebone, which is the bone of a fish. Now they look happy. Have a good day Hermit Crabs! Ch 2 Curious Crab The week before last week, my mom looked into my crabitat and found that one of my crabs had climbed one of my fake trees. It was on the top branch. Later, when I was changing to get ready for bed, the crab fell out of his branch. I hope he is okay. He’s definitely starting to look okay. How funny do you think that story is...
