Lucha House Party vs The Shield

The trio of luchadores did have the speed and aerial advantage in this match, but that meant little going against the well oiled machine known as The Shield. Ambrose, Rollins and Reigns all looked impressive, and put a statement on their win with an emphatic triple powerbomb to Lince Dorado.

Winners: The Shield

Paige vs Ruby Riott

Paige had a chance to get back on track this week, as she took on former number one contender Ruby Riott. As Paige waited in the ring, Ruby made her way down the ramp, before making some sort of beckoning signal. From out of the crowd, two women ran into the ring, wearing "Riott Squad" shirts. The newcomers decimated Paige, and a cackling Riott finished the attack off with a Riott Kick as security scrambled to control the situation.

Cesaro Promo

After the chaos of that attack, the Swiss Cyborg made his way to the ring. He admitted that his start on Raw hasn't been ideal, and he hasn't been the same since his WWE Championship reign two years ago. But he's looking to change that, and he wants to go back to his roots. Cesaro is re-entering the tag team division! Cesaro's former partner, Kassius Ohno, then made his way to the ring. The two old friends shared a handshake, and Ohno was straight forward, offering to be his partner and reform the Kings of Wrestling. But Cesaro turned him down, saying that although he was thankful to Ohno for helping him out last week, he's already found a partner. Ohno looked disappointed but understanding, and Cesaro finished his promo by saying that we will see the new tag team in action next week!

Becky Lynch vs Natalya

These two great technicians could have put on a great match, but controversy reigned for the second match in a row. As Becky and Natalya locked up, Alexa Bliss' music played! The number one contender caught the champion by surprise, attacking from behind and hitting Lynch with a DDT. Natalya picked up the scraps, getting the win by very unconvincing means.

Winner: Natalya

Jinder Mahal vs ???

The Modern Day Maharajah looked to get back to winning ways by facing another new Raw competitor, but his luck would not improve, as his opponent was Pete Dunne! The Bruiserweight decimated Mahal, who was clearly out of his league. He tried every dirty trick in the book, but was simply buying time, and eventually fell prey to the Bitter End.

Winner: Pete Dunne

Aleister Black vs The Miz

Maryse was the star of the show in Raw's main event, causing distraction after distraction to keep her husband chances to beat the Universal Champion. The Miz took full advantage, going after the back of the head and neck of Aleister Black, getting near falls off of two variations of DDTs. But Black is a different breed, and Miz experienced what many others likely will for a long time to come. The Dutch Destroyer just kept unloading on the A-Lister with knees and kicks. Eventually, Maryse was ejected from ringside, and that gave Black the chance to hit an emphatic Black Mass for the win.

Winner: Aleister Black

Post-Match

The Miz gave Aleister Black a hell of a fight, and he was more than a little exhausted as he took his customary sitting position in the ring. As he rose to leave with his championship, The Viper struck! Randy Orton, the number one contender, absolutely planted Black with a devastating RKO, as the crowd were shocked. Orton stared down at the Universal Championship, before climbing the turnbuckle and striking his iconic pose as Raw went off the air.

South Park "Not Funny" Review

Good night, amateur trolls that trolled a troll and trolled themselves into a troll, brothers. With one episode to go in the season, South Park has remained consistently funny and on-point with their humor, though I worry about how their going to wrap all of this up. There are a good six to seven ongoing storylines right now, and only one episode to finish off a few of them. There was no clear focus this week, but I'll start where the episode ended, with Gerald's troll-based storyline. It's pretty satisfying to see the Troll Hunter's massive revelation; that he is, in fact, just another troll, bent on world destruction. Even Gerald couldn't find the humor in his master plan, as the Troll Hunter is truly in a league of his own. With the world on the brink of war, the trolling has truly begun, as the Troll Hunter went to work on his own employees and the other trolls, though why they had to be naked for that is beyond me. Kyle is always a sucker for saving the ...
