Henry's Universe Mode(Season 4) Episode 9: Backlash(Part 1)

Following the events of WrestleMania, tonight comes the Backlash. In Part 1, AJ Styles faces Ricochet in a dream match, and new champions Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn, Tommaso Ciampa and Becky Lynch put their titles on the line. The Grandest Stage of Them All was an ending to a tale, but there is always more to the story. Tonight, a new chapter begins.

And now, Raw and SmackDown present........................Backlash!

AJ Styles(c) vs Ricochet- Intercontinental Championship Match

True to his word, AJ Styles was alone in this match, as these two men settled things one on one. It was Ricochet that was able to connect on all his biggest moves, getting several near falls, including off of a double rotation moonsault. But Styles had a gameplan, and took out the right leg of Ricochet using the Calf Crusher. Unable to fly, a hobbled Ricochet tried to rally, but fell prey to a chop block, and then the Styles Clash to end his night.

Tommaso Ciampa(c) vs Kassius Ohno- United States Championship Match

Leaving nothing to chance, Tommaso Ciampa jumped Kassius Ohno before the bell could ring, busting Ohno open with the United States Championship. The Knockout Artist still wanted to fight, but it was obvious he was in no condition to compete. Despite being at a disadvantage, Ohno could still overpower Ciampa, and nearly managed to connect with his devastating discus elbow. But Ciampa got out of the way, and delivered a low blow that the official didn't notice, putting the challenger away with multiple running punts to the skull.

Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn(c) vs The Usos- SmackDown Tag Team Championship Match

Owens and Zayn showed a new side of themselves as a tag team, more willing to play dirty and isolate each member of The Usos. This new strategy was a huge success, as the challengers couldn't hit most of their patented double team offense. Down the stretch, Sami Zayn made the ultimate sacrifice, shoving legal man Kevin Owens out of the way to take a superkick from Jey Uso. Jey was stunned, and Owens reacted quicker, hitting the pop-up powerbomb to retain the titles.

Becky Lynch(c) vs Alexa Bliss- Raw Women's Championship Match

Alexa Bliss has a mean streak that Becky Lynch simply doesn't possess, and it seemed like it would make the difference in this championship match. But Becky was patient, and kept her cool, working on the left arm of Bliss and waiting for her opening. Alexa got a near fall off her snap DDT, but unlike the champion, she did not keep her cool, yelling at the official. A second DDT was countered, and Becky took her chance, locking in the Dis-arm-her! With all the torque on the already injured arm, Bliss had no choice but to tap, as Becky Lynch remains the woman to beat on Raw.

Latest Update on new puppy

As you may well know from my mom's posts, there is a handsome puppy in the house. His name is Rascal, which appropriately fits him. Before Tuesday, he'd never had much problem with the crate, something I found interesting. He'd also never experienced anxiety issues when people came and left. Then yesterday, my dad and I were standing in the driveway organizing things for a trip to Goodwill. All of a sudden, Rascal freaked out. Some history behind the newest member of our family. Rascal was a stray in Hollister, when CARE, a rescue organization, found him. At this time Rascal was estimated to be about 2 months old, the age of a puppy when you first get them. He went to another family, who had him for quite a while, around 5 months. Then, without explanation, this family moved to Ohio, surrendering Rascal. Henry's Universe Mode: 2017 WWE Draft

We are here today to conduct the first ever WWE Draft, where Raw and SmackDown competitors will learn the fates heading into Season 3 of Henry's Universe Mode. In this post, I will give an explanation of the rules, before unveiling each draft pick and giving you my thoughts. Enjoy! Rules -Each brand will have five draft picks, ten picks total. -Champions are not eligible to be drafted. -Tag teams/stables can be drafted as a unit or individuals, depending on what the GM wants and what the wrestler wants. -Thanks to winning Brand Warfare, SmackDown will get the first pick, while Raw will get the last pick. Henry's Universe Mode #90: Main Event

Tonight on Main Event, it's Cruiserweight Classic Group B action. The talented Rich Swann faces the vicious Drew Gulak, and in the main event the Technical Wizard Zack Sabre Jr takes on Cedric Alexander. Also, it's the debut of one of SmackDown's newest tag teams, The Revival, as they face Raw's Golden Truth. Universe Mode Main Event December 14th, 2016 Location: Greensboro, NC The Revival vs Golden Truth Goldust and R-Truth are talented veterans, but it was Dash Wilder and Scott Dawson that controlled this match. They looked very impressive in their debut, using a slow pace to pick apart the Bizzare One, before finishing him off with a Shatter Machine to pick up a big debut win. Winners: The Revival Rich Swann vs Drew Gulak- Cruiserweight Classic Group B Match This was the classic match up between high flying and technical brilliance, and it was Gulak's slower style that controlled this match.
