Henry's Universe Mode(Season 4) Episode 21: Summerslam(Part 2)

Part 2 of Summerslam includes Aleister Black vs Shinsuke Nakamura, Ronda Rousey's debut and Daniel Bryan challenging for the WWE Championship.

Finn Balor(c) vs Ricochet- Intercontinental Championship Match

As you might have expected, Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson played a big role in this championship match. Multiple times, Ricochet had the match won, only for one of them to interfere or distract the ref, including saving Finn Balor after the Benadryller connected. Balor capitalized to nearly retain his title with the Bloody Sunday, but Ricochet managed to kick out. The challenger was able to drop the champion with a superkick, and finally, AJ Styles got involved. Styles and Ricochet awed the fans with consecutive planchas, wiping Gallows and Anderson out. That left Finn on his own, but the Intercontinental Champion nearly stole the win, rolling up Ricochet for a near fall. But the One and Only connected again with the Benadryller, and nailed the 630 senton to capture the championship on his second try.

Winner and the NEW Intercontinental Champion: Ricochet

Aleister Black vs Shinsuke Nakamura

This was a brutal contest, as neither man held anything back. Shinsuke Nakamura connected with the Kinshasa early, and later, Aleister Black hit Black Mass, but both men found a way to survive. They continued to connect with big strikes, including an incredible sequence that saw Black hit a knee right off Nakamura's jaw only for Shinsuke to follow up a spinning heel kick. As both men regained their foot, Black swung wildly, attempting Black Mass. Nakamura got out of the way, and the official nearly got caught in the crossfire, but Aleister stopped himself just in time. In the confusion, Nakamura sacrificed all morals, hitting Black with a low blow, then following up with a Kinshasa to get the cheap win.

Winner: Shinsuke Nakamura

The KO & Sami Show(c) vs The Bludgeon Brothers- SmackDown Tag Team Championship Match

Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn have done so much over the past year, but this was a challenge even they couldn't get past. Harper and Rowan withstood any offense from the champions, and within minutes, Owens fell to the Bludgeoning, as the former Wyatt Family members began what will surely be a dominant reign.

Winners and the NEW SmackDown Tag Team Champions: The Bludgeon Brothers

Becky Lynch(c) vs Ronda Rousey- Raw Women's Championship Match

We've seen how effective the Dis-arm-her of Becky Lynch has been in the past, and the champion certainly targeted a large portion of her offense to Ronda Rousey's arm. But time after time, either the hold was countered or she couldn't get the tap out, as Rousey was not going down easily. Rousey did manage to apply her own armbar at one point, but Lynch was quick to find the ropes. At a standstill, the match spilled to the floor, where Rousey took full advantage, power-bombing Lynch on the announce desk. But Becky countered another attempt at the armbar, into the Dis-arm-her once more! This time, she had the full torque on the arm, but Shayna Baszler got involved for the first time, distracting the official. Rousey took the opportunity, rolling up Lynch to steal the win.

Winner and the NEW Raw Women's Champion: Ronda Rousey

Drew McIntyre(c) vs Daniel Bryan- WWE Championship Match

With the whole of Brooklyn behind him, Daniel Bryan looked to topple Drew McIntyre in Summerslam's main event. Bryan did everything he possibly could in this match, connecting on all his biggest moves, even applying the LaBell Lock early on. But nothing could slow the WWE Champion down, and soon Bryan was on the defensive. McIntyre twice connected with the Future Shock DDT, and only by pure grit could the challenger kick, but still, Daniel Bryan survived. As the crowd roared, Bryan fought on with a perfect suicide dive to the floor. McIntyre would look to take a chance of his own, climbing to the top rope. But Bryan caught him with the LaBell Lock, in the middle of the ring! Time stood still, as Drew McIntrye was trapped in the hold, with nowhere to go. But with the will of a legendary champion, McIntyre drilled Bryan with big right hands, and escaped! Headbutt from the champion! McIntyre backed up to the corner, watching Bryan rise to his feet.........Claymore Kick! One....................two.....................three! Despite everything he did, Daniel Bryan just couldn't topple the Scottish Psychopath, as Drew McIntyre remained champion to close Summerslam.

Winner and still WWE Champion: Drew McIntyre

Henry's Pay-Per-View Reviews: ECW Heatwave 1998

As the world collectively loses it's mind over the coronavirus(this could be a fun intro to look back on in the future), the only sanity that can be found is in the ring. Let's take a look today at what is often considered ECW's finest outing, Heatwave '98. - Jokes aside, everyone should stay safe out there. I know it's easy to panic about these mass outbreaks, and I've certainly felt very nervous about everything I've heard and read over the past week. But I think we all need some fun in our lives right now, and this show is the epitome of distraction. - The opening contest is one of the highlights of the night, as Jerry Lynn takes on Justin Credible. Credible has an entire entourage in his corner, including Chastity, Jason and Nicole Bass, and their involvement in this match at times bordered on excessive. But the match begins to hit it's peak when Lynn puts Credible through a table with a hurricanrana, and it's all fantastic from...

American Dad "Twinanigans" Review

It's been a while since the last Steve and Roger episode, and this week reminded me why that's such a classic American Dad pairing. This is a genuinely fun episode, filled with some great one liners and even a great callback to the show's past. "Twinanigans" centers around the heretofore unmentioned acting careers of Roger and Steve, who twinned it up as the Smith Brothers. I'm not going to question whether this backstory actually makes sense to the overall timeline; no one watches American Dad for continuity. Steve had to give up acting to attend kindergarten, and wants to give Roger a second chance at greatness. The two head to auditions, where Steve impresses and Roger blows it. It's here the episode kinda misfires, as it's never made abundantly clear why Roger struggles so much at acting. Is he just trying too hard, does he have some form of stage fright, does he not even know what acting is? This part of the story is just never explained, w...

The Route of Life

dedicated to my hermits, who changed my life Ch 1 My Hermit crabs Hermit crabs are sometimes hard to take care of. Especially when you never had a hermit. Last Sunday afternoon I got 2 Hermit crabs. Their names are Crabbe and Goyle. I have talked with many sales people. The first Petco we went to (where we got the hermits and their things) seemed to have no idea on the subject. So we ended up going to Dolphin Pet Village. They were more experience at the subject. Now we have some of the things we will need. Last week, I went to a second Petco. There we got a cuttlebone, which is the bone of a fish. Now they look happy. Have a good day Hermit Crabs! Ch 2 Curious Crab The week before last week, my mom looked into my crabitat and found that one of my crabs had climbed one of my fake trees. It was on the top branch. Later, when I was changing to get ready for bed, the crab fell out of his branch. I hope he is okay. He’s definitely starting to look okay. How funny do you think that story is...
