Braun Strowman vs The Undisputed Era
The Undisputed Era were unable to use their numbers advantage early, as Braun Strowman pummeled each of them in turn. But eventually, through sheer persistence, Cole, Fish and O'Reilly wore the Monster down, and were able to go to work with their deadly tag team offense. Fish and O'Reilly's finisher, Chasing the Dragon, connected, but Cole wasn't done yet. He tagged himself in, and delivered the Last Shot, figuratively and literally, to pick Strowman down for three.
Winners: The Undisputed Era
Pete Dunne(c) vs Randy Orton- United Kingdom Championship Match
This was a physical affair from the start, as both men took turns working body parts and inflicting punishment. The Viper struck early with an RKO, but Pete Dunne was wise enough to make sure his foot found the bottom rope. The fight continued, but with Dunne still feeling the after effects, Orton would able to connect with second RKO, this time dragging the champion to the middle of the ring. But it still wasn't enough, as the Bruiserweight kicked out at two! Dunne returned the favor, busting Orton open with a big forearm. Finally, Pete Dunne was able to connect on the Bitter End, and it went just as he promised, with Orton out for three.
Winner and still United Kingdom Champion: Pete Dunne
The Authors of Pain(c) vs The Revival- Raw Tag Team Championship Match
Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder were excellent tonight, using all their ingenuity to wear down both Akam and Rezar and keep the champions guessing. Twice, Dawson was able to apply his inverted figure four, but both times, Akam and Rezar saved each other, as the official couldn't stop them from intervening. After Dawson was forced to tag in Wilder, the champions finished it, quickly getting Wilder into position and hitting the Last Chapter to retain their titles.
Winners and still Raw Tag Team Champion: The Authors of Pain
Bobby Lashley vs Roman Reigns
These two powerhouses certainly didn't hold back, delivering one big move after another. Reigns was first to connect on the Spear, but Lashley kicked out at two, and delivered one of his own, but it was also a near fall. The Dominator was the aggressor, tossing Reigns around the ring and hitting big suplexes and powerslams, but it was all for near falls. Finally, Lashley looked for a big right hand, a knock-out blow, but Reigns evaded a hit a sit-out crucifix powerbomb to get the huge win.
Winner: Roman Reigns
Shayna Baszler(c) vs Becky Lynch- Raw Women's Championship Match
Early on, this match was all Shayna Baszler, who went with an interesting strategy, working over the arms of Becky Lynch, hoping to take away the Dis-arm-her. Throughout the match, Baszler went back to the arm, and Lynch seemed to have no answer for the gameplan being utilized. After countering the Bex-ploder, Baszler lifted Lynch up to the top rope, looking for the gutwrench superplex that put Ronda Rousey away at Survivor Series. But Becky countered, hitting a victory roll off the top! Caught by surprise, Baszler didn't manage to kick out in time, and the Lasskicker is a three time Raw Women's Champion!
Winner and the NEW Raw Women's Champion: Becky Lynch
The Miz vs The Undertaker
The Miz certainly gave The Undertaker more of a fight than many expected, even exchanging blows with the Deadman. He also had the help of Maryse, who slid a steel chair into the ring which Miz used to full advantage. In the end, though, it didn't matter, as The Undertaker countered the Skull Crushing Finale, and spiked Miz with a Tombstone Piledriver that laid the A-Lister to rest.
Winner: The Undertaker
Shinsuke Nakamura(c) vs Seth Rollins- Universal Championship Match
Surprisingly, it was Seth Rollins who did most of the damage in this match, busting Nakamura open early and continuing the assault throughout. Rollins was on fire tonight, wanting so desperately to become world champion again. He would hit two Rip Cord Knee Strikes, but he couldn't put the champion away. When Seth finally looked for the Blackout, Nakamura was ready and countered. The King of Strong Style hit a Kinshasa, but it wouldn't be enough to put the challenger away. Both men would fight to the outside, where Rollins hit Nakamura with a Snake Eyes on the barricade. Back in the ring, Seth looked for a moonsault, but Shinsuke got the knees up. Now Nakamura went up top, but Rollins met him with a right hand. The Architect attempted a Falcon Arrow off the top, but vicious forearms from the champion sent him tumbling to the mat. Nakamura measured- and nailed a Kinshasa off the top rope! Nakamura scrambled into the cover, but Rollins was out cold, and the count was made to give Shinsuke his first title defense.
Winner and still Universal Champion: Shinsuke Nakamura
