More Issues Between Cesaro and Randy Orton

Before we could open SmackDown's Season 2 Return, we were interrupted by an issue backstage, as Cesaro and Randy Orton were continuing their brawl from Survivor Series. They just continued to beat the hell out of each other with any weapon available, as SmackDown GM Daniel Bryan tried to get security to break them up. Finally, security was able to get to the backstage area, but not before Orton delivered a wicked RKO to Cesaro on the concrete.

AJ Styles Addressed the New WWE Champion

The chaotic start continued as the former champ made his way to the ring. He minced no words, calling out the man who beat him, Tyson Kidd. Tyson made his way to the ring, and the two went face-to-face. AJ admitted that he had made mistakes in his time on SmackDown, but that any errors he made would make him a better competitor, far better than anything Tyson could hope to achieve. The champ responded by saying that if Styles thinks he's the better man, then he should face him in the ring and prove it. Styles go right in Tyson's face, but before things could escalate, the Phenomenal One stepped down and retreated. It's pretty clear that these two are destined to meet once more, and I for one can't wait.

Emma and Alexa Bliss vs Natalya and Brie Bella

Natalya and Brie, two veterans on the SmackDown brand looked to get back in the title hunt while Emma and Alexa just looked to get back to winning ways. Things started well, as Emma controlled Natalya, however the tide turned when Alexa, eager to enter the match, tagged herself in. Natalya and Brie dominated the match from then on, not allowing Alexa to tag in Emma and controlling the flow of the match. Natalya locked in the Sharpshooter, looking for the win, and although Emma had the chance to enter the match and break up the hold, she refused. Alexa tapped and Natalya and Brie picked up a big win as Emma lectured her fallen protege after the match.

Winners: Natalya and Brie Bella

Paige(c) vs Becky Lynch- SmackDown Women's Title Match

After Becky defeated Paige in her first match on SmacDown, GM Daniel Bryan offered her a title match on this night. The champ wasted no time getting going, jumping Becky before the bell could ring. The Irish Lass-Kicker turned the tide, and quickly took control of the match, determined to walk away with the gold. Paige found herself in serious trouble after a Bexploder, and she was forced to pull out her old tactic, simply walking out on the match to save her belt. Becky gave no pursuit, not realizing what Paige was doing, and picked up another win on the champ, but did not walk out with the prize.

Winner: Becky Lynch

American Alpha vs Breezango

The tag champs looked ready to go against the dysfunctional team of Tyler Breeze and Fandango. Gable and Jordan controlled the match, working over Fandango while Breeze looked on, taking selfies. A Grand Amplitude finished off the Dancing Sensation, as Breeze looked completely untroubled on the apron.

American Alpha didn't have long to celebrate their win, as they were attacked from behind by The Ascension, fresh off a win in the Team Kane vs Team Undertaker match at Survivor Series. They took apart Gable and Jordan, decimating Gable with a Fall of Man before standing tall holding the tag belts, a clear message sent to the champs.

Winners: American Alpha

Triple H vs ???

The King of Kings made his way to the ring ready to make his debut, and who should emerge to challenge him but the King of Strong Style, Shinsuke Nakamura. Nakamura, who had not been seen since his win over Hideo Itami at NXT Takeover: Unstoppable, quickly took control of The Game with his signature big strikes. Triple H turned it around by slowing the pace of the match to a crawl, working over the body of Nakamura. Triple H did not account for the athletic ability of Shinsuke, however, and was stunned with a Kinshasa, though it wasn't quite enough to keep The Game down. The two men brawled to the outside, where Triple H took control again with a big spinebuster on the concrete floor. The Pedigree appeared to be in Shinsuke's future, as Triple H looked for the finishing blow. However, Shinsuke dodged the boot to the midsection, and blasted Triple H with a second Kinshasa. That was enough to get the job done, as Shinsuke picked up a big win on his SmackDown debut.

Winner: Shinsuke Nakamura

Strong Style has arrived on SmackDown, as Shinsuke Nakamura stands tall after a chaotic night on the blue brand. What's next for SmackDown and Nakamura? You'll have to tune in to find out. Stay tuned tomorrow for the return of Main Event, which will have a special surprise that you won't want to miss.

American Dad "Twinanigans" Review

It's been a while since the last Steve and Roger episode, and this week reminded me why that's such a classic American Dad pairing. This is a genuinely fun episode, filled with some great one liners and even a great callback to the show's past. "Twinanigans" centers around the heretofore unmentioned acting careers of Roger and Steve, who twinned it up as the Smith Brothers. I'm not going to question whether this backstory actually makes sense to the overall timeline; no one watches American Dad for continuity. Steve had to give up acting to attend kindergarten, and wants to give Roger a second chance at greatness. The two head to auditions, where Steve impresses and Roger blows it. It's here the episode kinda misfires, as it's never made abundantly clear why Roger struggles so much at acting. Is he just trying too hard, does he have some form of stage fright, does he not even know what acting is? This part of the story is just never explained, w...

Henry's Pay-Per-View Reviews: ECW Heatwave 1998

As the world collectively loses it's mind over the coronavirus(this could be a fun intro to look back on in the future), the only sanity that can be found is in the ring. Let's take a look today at what is often considered ECW's finest outing, Heatwave '98. - Jokes aside, everyone should stay safe out there. I know it's easy to panic about these mass outbreaks, and I've certainly felt very nervous about everything I've heard and read over the past week. But I think we all need some fun in our lives right now, and this show is the epitome of distraction. - The opening contest is one of the highlights of the night, as Jerry Lynn takes on Justin Credible. Credible has an entire entourage in his corner, including Chastity, Jason and Nicole Bass, and their involvement in this match at times bordered on excessive. But the match begins to hit it's peak when Lynn puts Credible through a table with a hurricanrana, and it's all fantastic from...

Curious Crab

One Monday night my mom looked into my crabitat and found that a crab had climbed into one of my fake trees. It was in the top branch. I looked in later, and found that the crab had fallen out of the tree. I hope he is okay. What a day!
