Henry's Universe Mode #210: No Mercy(Part 2)

In the second and final part of No Mercy, John Cena defends the WWE Championship against AJ Styles, while Samoa Joe takes on Braun Strowman. Plus, a new Undisputed Women's Champion is crowned.

Presenting the Crown

Before Alexa Bliss and Becky Lynch squared off, we had a special presentation by former WWE Women's Champion, Trish Stratus. She unveiled the Undisputed Women's Championship(similar to the current belts, but with gold plating), before wishing both competitors luck.

Becky Lynch vs Alexa Bliss- Undisputed Women's Championship Match

From the start, you could clearly see that Alexa Bliss was out-matched. Becky was just a far superior technical wrestler, and when Alexa tried to exchange holds and go on the offense, Lynch had the counter for everything. As a result, Little Miss Bliss began to get aggressive. She was willing to do whatever it took to lay claim to the championship, and that included an eye rake to stop an attempt at the Dis-arm-her. Alexa looked multiple times for Twisted Bliss, but Becky was able to avoid the move. Frustrated, Bliss unleashed a multitude of stomps to the back of Lynch, shouting at her to stay down. The third try was the charm, as Twisted Bliss connected. The official counted one.....two.....but Becky got the shoulder up! Alexa then went after the ref, convinced it was a slow count, but that would only cost her. She turned around right into the straight fire of the recovered Irish Lass Kicker. Multiple forearms to the face, big dropkick and the Bex-ploder all hit with no reply. The flurry was finished off with the Dis-arm-her, locked in in the middle of the ring, and Alexa tapped!

Winner and the NEW Undisputed Women's Champion: Becky Lynch

John Cena(c) vs AJ Styles- WWE Championship Match

This was a hellacious war, as both men tried their absolute best to keep the other down, with absolutely no success. Early, Styles would connect with the Phenomenal Forearm, but the move seemed to do almost nothing to the champion. Cena fired back with every power in his arsenal, tossing Styles around the ring. However, the first Attitude Adjustment could only produce a near fall. Undaunted, Cena dragged Styles to the top rope, and delivered another AA from the top all the way to the mat! This wasn't it for the challenger, as Cena picked up and delivered a third AA. The Raleigh crowd would positively explode when Styles meekly lifted his shoulder up before three. The war would continue and reach new heights, as both men busted each other open with right hands. The Phenomenal One lost his cool, and delivered four straight brainbusters to the surgically repaired neck of the champion. As Cena stumbled back to his feet, with some assistance by the ref, he walked right into a superkick and a Styles Clash. One...........two...........kick out! What the hell were either of these men going to have to do to put the other down? A lost Styles exited the ring, and looked at the championship at ringside. He then climbed back onto the apron, more motivated than ever, looking for another Phenomenal Forearm. AJ took a little too long, as he leaped right into a fourth AA, and there was no coming back this time.

Winner and still WWE Champion: John Cena

Samoa Joe(c) vs Braun Strowman- Universal Championship Match

If Samoa Joe was to retain the Universal Championship in this match, he would have to come out firing, and that's exactly what he did. The Samoan Submission Machine threw everything at Braun Strowman, trying his best to protect his injured ribs. But the punches and kicks of Joe did little to slow Braun down, as the Monster Among Men was just overwhelming. He nearly put the match to rest early with a big running powerslam, but the intelligence of the champion was on full display as he found the bottom rope. This only infuriated Strowman, who battered Joe from pillar to post. He wasn't quite perfect on this night, as the Destroyer did managed to get in one attempt at the Coquina Clutch. It wasn't going to be enough for Joe- nothing was. He fired with every strike in his arsenal, even getting Raleigh on his side. A right hand busted Braun open, and that was the breaking point. He caught Joe by the throat and sent him flying. Joe stumbled right into another running powerslam that brought his impressive championship reign to an end.

Winner and the NEW Universal Champion: Braun Strowman

South Park "Not Funny" Review

Good night, amateur trolls that trolled a troll and trolled themselves into a troll, brothers. With one episode to go in the season, South Park has remained consistently funny and on-point with their humor, though I worry about how their going to wrap all of this up. There are a good six to seven ongoing storylines right now, and only one episode to finish off a few of them. There was no clear focus this week, but I'll start where the episode ended, with Gerald's troll-based storyline. It's pretty satisfying to see the Troll Hunter's massive revelation; that he is, in fact, just another troll, bent on world destruction. Even Gerald couldn't find the humor in his master plan, as the Troll Hunter is truly in a league of his own. With the world on the brink of war, the trolling has truly begun, as the Troll Hunter went to work on his own employees and the other trolls, though why they had to be naked for that is beyond me. Kyle is always a sucker for saving the ...

Henry's Universe Mode #90: Main Event

Tonight on Main Event, it's Cruiserweight Classic Group B action. The talented Rich Swann faces the vicious Drew Gulak, and in the main event the Technical Wizard Zack Sabre Jr takes on Cedric Alexander. Also, it's the debut of one of SmackDown's newest tag teams, The Revival, as they face Raw's Golden Truth. Universe Mode Main Event December 14th, 2016 Location: Greensboro, NC The Revival vs Golden Truth Goldust and R-Truth are talented veterans, but it was Dash Wilder and Scott Dawson that controlled this match. They looked very impressive in their debut, using a slow pace to pick apart the Bizzare One, before finishing him off with a Shatter Machine to pick up a big debut win. Winners: The Revival Rich Swann vs Drew Gulak- Cruiserweight Classic Group B Match This was the classic match up between high flying and technical brilliance, and it was Gulak's slower style that controlled this match. Swann got in his offense whenever he could, hit...
