The Dog League: Week 11 Preview(2017 Season)

Check out the Week 10 Review here. (Reminder: the Dog League is a custom fantasy football league run on NFL.com)

Leaping Girl

Current Record:(3-7, 4th place)

In one of the ugliest games by any team this season, Leaping Girl was absolutely shelled in their last game, losing by over 50 to the Ridiculous Rascals. With the top teams pulling away, it seems Emma is on pace for another bottom placed finish. She did bring in Saints rookie Alvin Kamara this week, dropping Matt Prater, as Justin Tucker has returned from his bye week.

Week 11 Starting Line-Up(vs Tug of War)

QB Drew Brees
RB LeSean McCoy
RB Jerick McKinnon
WR Dez Bryant
WR DeAndre Hopkins
TE Jimmy Graham
RB Alvin Kamara
K Justin Tucker
DEF Jacksonville Jaguars

Tailwaggerz

Current Record: (4-6, 3rd place)

Still within striking distance of the top two, it was a quiet week for Tailwaggerz. They brought in the Cardinals defense, cutting loose from the Panthers. They also moved Alex Smith and Zach Ertz into their line-up for Tom Brady and Evan Engram, as they are both back from their bye week. They will also start Stefon Diggs in place of Lamar Miller.

Week 11 Starting Line-Up(vs Ridiculous Rascals)

QB Alex Smith
RB Le'Veon Bell
RB Jordan Howard
WR Doug Baldwin
WR Michael Thomas
TE Zach Ertz
WR Stefon Diggs
K Wil Lutz
DEF Arizona Cardinals

Tug of War

Current Record: (6-4, 2nd place)

One week was all Tug of War had to enjoy their return to the top spot, before they lost to right back to Ridiculous Rascals. They'll look to get back in the winning column this week, and will have the assistance of Chiefs players Kareem Hunt and Travis Kelce, as Kansas City returns from bye. At least for now, the bench awaits Carlos Hyde and Delanie Walker.

Week 11 Starting Line-Up(vs Leaping Girl)

QB Russell Wilson
RB Todd Guley
RB Leonard Fournette
WR Julio Jones
WR Antonio Brown
TE Travis Kelce
RB Kareem Hunt
K Chris Boswell
DEF Los Angeles Rams

Ridiculous Rascals

Current Record: (7-3, 1st place)

Tug of War may be the defending champions, but the story of this season has to be the performance of the Ridiculous Rascals. The team went from strength to strength last week, demolishing Leaping Girl and re-claiming first place. Despite having a roster with very little star power, this is absolutely the team to beat. They did make one move this week, bringing in the Ravens defense for the Bears, but the line-up is otherwise unchanged.

Week 11 Starting Line-Up(vs Tailwaggerz)

QB Matthew Stafford
RB Mark Ingram
RB Melvin Gordon
WR Golden Tate
WR Brandin Cooks
TE Rob Gronkowski
WR Adam Thielen
K Kai Forbath
DEF Baltimore Ravens

Latest Update on new puppy

As you may well know from my mom's posts, there is a handsome puppy in the house. His name is Rascal, which appropriately fits him. Before Tuesday, he'd never had much problem with the crate, something I found interesting. He'd also never experienced anxiety issues when people came and left. Then yesterday, my dad and I were standing in the driveway organizing things for a trip to Goodwill. All of a sudden, Rascal freaked out. Some history behind the newest member of our family. Rascal was a stray in Hollister, when CARE, a rescue organization, found him. At this time Rascal was estimated to be about 2 months old, the age of a puppy when you first get them. He went to another family, who had him for quite a while, around 5 months. Then, without explanation, this family moved to Ohio, surrendering Rascal. CARE once again had him and his crazy antics for about a month. Rascal's name was changed to Boots in his time with CARE, but he wouldn't answer to that name. He ...

Since losing to Samoa Joe a few weeks ago on Raw, we haven't seen anything from Brock Lesnar. This move will certainly have most of the SmackDown roster looking over their shoulder. ...

South Park "Not Funny" Review

Good night, amateur trolls that trolled a troll and trolled themselves into a troll, brothers. With one episode to go in the season, South Park has remained consistently funny and on-point with their humor, though I worry about how their going to wrap all of this up. There are a good six to seven ongoing storylines right now, and only one episode to finish off a few of them. There was no clear focus this week, but I'll start where the episode ended, with Gerald's troll-based storyline. It's pretty satisfying to see the Troll Hunter's massive revelation; that he is, in fact, just another troll, bent on world destruction. Even Gerald couldn't find the humor in his master plan, as the Troll Hunter is truly in a league of his own. With the world on the brink of war, the trolling has truly begun, as the Troll Hunter went to work on his own employees and the other trolls, though why they had to be naked for that is beyond me. Kyle is always a sucker for saving the ...
