Braun Strowman vs Sin Cara

The Monster Among Men made a huge impact on his Raw debut, as he decimated poor Sin Cara. A chokeslam was followed up by a Running Powerslam, and that was all she wrote.

Winner: Braun Strowman

Paige vs ???- #1 Contender's Match for the Raw Women's Championship

Paige issued this open challenge for any woman on the Raw roster last week, and Shane decided to make this a number one contender's match. The woman who answered the call was none other than the Irish Lass-Kicker, Becky Lynch. These two rivals went at it once more, and put on a great show. In the end, the Dis-Arm-Her submission hold was locked in, and Paige tapped, earning Becky a championship match against Asuka at Payback.

Winner: Becky Lynch

The Brute Attacks the King

Shinsuke Nakamura was getting ready for our main event was he was attacked backstage by the Bulgarian Brute, Rusev. We saw Rusev confront Nakamura during his match last week, and the King of Strong Style was in for a world of hurt. A vicious powerbomb through a table laid Nakamura out, and Rusev walked away while officials attended to Shinsuke.

Kevin Owens vs Dolph Ziggler- #1 Contender's Match for the United States Championship

This match would determine who would be next to challenge Chris Jericho, and it was very interesting that Y2J's ally, Kevin Owens, was throwing his hat into the ring. Early on it was Dolph Ziggler that was in control, as he brought the fight to KO. Owens kept things simple, not wanting to waste this big opportunity. That would make all the difference, as KO outlasted the Show-Off to connect with a Pop-Up Powerbomb for the win.

Winner: Kevin Owens

Finn Balor vs ???- #1 Contender's Match for the Universal Championship

We learned during the night that Shinsuke Nakamura was unable to compete in the main event, and Shane was forced to find a replacement. And what a replacement it was, as Finn Balor's opponent was the returning Seth Rollins, as the Architect wrestled his first match since February. The crowd seemed happy to see Seth back, but Finn definitely wasn't, and was all over Rollins early. Balor showed a more vicious side, as he attacked the head of Rollins repeatedly. It looked to be all over following a gorgeous Coup de Grace, but Seth wasn't going down that easily. He rallied in only the way he can, delivering a Sling Blade and following up with a Sethwalker for a narrow near fall. The Architect pulled a new weapon out of his arsenal, a Gourdbuster G.T.S., to pick up the win.

Winner: Seth Rollins

Four matches are set for Payback, with Seth Rollins challenging Samoa Joe for the Universal Championship in the main event. Things are heating up in Universe Mode, and who knows what could happen next.

South Park "Not Funny" Review

Good night, amateur trolls that trolled a troll and trolled themselves into a troll, brothers. With one episode to go in the season, South Park has remained consistently funny and on-point with their humor, though I worry about how their going to wrap all of this up. There are a good six to seven ongoing storylines right now, and only one episode to finish off a few of them. There was no clear focus this week, but I'll start where the episode ended, with Gerald's troll-based storyline. It's pretty satisfying to see the Troll Hunter's massive revelation; that he is, in fact, just another troll, bent on world destruction. Even Gerald couldn't find the humor in his master plan, as the Troll Hunter is truly in a league of his own. With the world on the brink of war, the trolling has truly begun, as the Troll Hunter went to work on his own employees and the other trolls, though why they had to be naked for that is beyond me. Kyle is always a sucker for saving the ...
