Authors of Pain vs Hype Bros

Akam and Rezar, the Authors of Pain, were accompanied to the ring by legendary manager Paul Ellering, as they made their Universe Mode debuts. They were nothing short of dominant, rarely losing control, and Ellering's presence offered them the numbers advantage as well. A volley of impressive double team moves earned them the win.

Winners: Authors of Pain

Andrade Almas vs Kassius Ohno- NXT Championship Tournament 1st Round Match

The Knockout Artist Kassius Ohno had plenty of hype leading into this first round match, and early on, the talk seemed to get to him. Almas controlled the pace of the match, looking very good. El Idolo made a huge error, though, choosing to taunt Ohno rather than put him away. This cost him big, as he was met with a flurry of strikes. Ohno seemed determined to make a statement, and was absolutely vicious, as he finally put Almas away with an Ohno Blade.

Winner: Kassius Ohno

Bobby Roode vs Kota Ibushi- NXT Championship Tournament 1st Round Match

The Glorious One can certainly talk a big game, but he was in for the fight of his life against Kota Ibushi. Roode threw everything out of the playbook at the Golden Star, even planting Ibushi with the Glorious DDT. When even that wasn't enough, you could tell that Bobby Roode simply didn't have much left. He kept going, but it was a lost cause, and the Last Ride Powerbomb spelled victory for the former cruiserweight.

Winner: Kota Ibushi

A Big Rematch for Next Week

Next week on NXT, Noam Dar will put the Cruiserweight Championship on the line for the first time, when he takes on the King of the Cruiserweights, Neville.

Apollo Crews vs TJ Perkins- NXT Championship Tournament 1st Round Match

This was a big collision, as former champions collided. Unfortunately for TJ, this match was pretty much over before it had begun. Apollo Crews just ran through the former Cruiserweight Champion, taking no prisoners. The Elite Athlete scored a decisive win with a spin-out powerbomb.

Crews wasn't done there, as he attacked Perkins after the match with a steel chair. He delivered the powerbomb for a second time, and posed over his fallen competition to bring NXT to a close.

Winner: Apollo Crews

South Park "Not Funny" Review

Good night, amateur trolls that trolled a troll and trolled themselves into a troll, brothers. With one episode to go in the season, South Park has remained consistently funny and on-point with their humor, though I worry about how their going to wrap all of this up. There are a good six to seven ongoing storylines right now, and only one episode to finish off a few of them. There was no clear focus this week, but I'll start where the episode ended, with Gerald's troll-based storyline. It's pretty satisfying to see the Troll Hunter's massive revelation; that he is, in fact, just another troll, bent on world destruction. Even Gerald couldn't find the humor in his master plan, as the Troll Hunter is truly in a league of his own. With the world on the brink of war, the trolling has truly begun, as the Troll Hunter went to work on his own employees and the other trolls, though why they had to be naked for that is beyond me. Kyle is always a sucker for saving the ...
