In Part 2 of 2018's Survivor Series, the WWE and Universal Championships are both on the line, and Team Raw faces Team SmackDown.
Finn Balor(c) vs Samoa Joe vs Braun Strowman- Universal Championship Match
Samoa Joe was a house of fire early, as he was incredibly fresh, having not competed in a match since September. After taking out Finn Balor with a german suplex, Joe turned his attention to Braun Strowman, hitting an impressive series of strikes. None of this did much to faze Strowman, as he easily lifted up Joe with a gorilla press before slamming him back down. Balor returned armed with a steel chair and shifted the momentum in his favor, getting a couple near falls on Strowman with a reverse DDT and the shotgun dropkick. Braun would take Finn out with a right hand, looking twice for the running powerslam on Joe, but The Destroyer was a step too fast. After escaping the second powerslam attempt, Samoa Joe locked in the Coquina Clutch! The deadly hold was broken up by the champion, armed with another equalizer, a baseball bat. The blow from the bat busted Joe open, and suddenly, Balor saw Joe was vulnerable, and knew this was his path to victory. Balor's strategy was his success, as he made sure to continue to keep Strowman outside the ring using extreme measures, notably the Coup de Grace to the floor. A last ditch effort from Joe wasn't enough, as The Demon escaped the Chimera-plex to hit another reverse DDT and the Coup de Grace to retain his title.
Winner and still Universal Champion: Finn Balor
John Cena(c) vs Cesaro- WWE Championship Match
This match had all the makings of a classic between two of SmackDown's best, and surely would've delivered.............if it had happened. Before the bell could even ring, a third man's music began to play; it was "Gallantry", the entrance theme of Drew McIntyre! While John Cena and Cesaro looked puzzled, McIntyre charged the ring, and all hell broke loose. After a quick brawl, Cena was sent flying with the Claymore Kick! A recovering Cesaro was dropped with the Future Shock DDT, then another! McIntyre was now signaling to the back, calling for someone. The music of Tyler Breeze began to play, and then came the man himself. It's Prince Pretty, Mr. Money in the Bank! HE'S CASHING IN!
John Cena(c) vs Tyler Breeze- WWE Championship Match
Cena was now back in the ring, barely able to stand but determined to thwart this new challenge. He didn't get the chance, as Breeze quickly hit the Beauty Shot, and got the three! For the second time in his Universe Mode career, Tyler Breeze is WWE Champion!
Winner and the NEW WWE Champion: Tyler Breeze
Team Raw vs Team SmackDown- Traditional Survivor Series Elimination Match
Both captains started the match, as Kurt Angle used his knowledge of wrestling holds to stay ahead of Triple H. Slowly, all four men from both teams were tagged in, with Team Raw following in their captain's footsteps and maintaining the advantage. Jeff Hardy nearly put Triple H away with a Twist of Fate, but The Miz intervened, looking to prove his worth to SmackDown GM Daniel Bryan. Miz would pay for his over-confidence, as Angle would be tagged in and put Miz away with an Angle Slam for the first elimination. Dolph Ziggler and Shinsuke Nakamura were jawing at each other throughout the match, as Dolph had hinted several times on Raw that he was coming for the United States Championship. This cost Team Raw, as Ziggler stole Nakamura's chance to tag and was eliminated with Luke Harper's discus clothesline. With both sides down to three, Team SmackDown continued to lose numbers, as Harper couldn't out-maneuver the wily Nakamura, who eliminated him with a Kinshasa. Jeff Hardy feuded with Randy Orton through most of this match, as The Viper took several cheap shots, trying to get in Hardy's head. He paid for it, as Hardy took him out with a Swanton Bomb, but the legal man was Triple H, who evened things up, eliminating Jeff with the Pedigree. Randy Orton and Triple H were old buddies thanks to Evolution, and now their personal connection was pivotal for Team SmackDown. Although the two remaining Team Blue members formed a formidable force, it was Kurt Angle and Shinsuke Nakamura who were the story. The unlikely partnership was just too much to beat, as they double teamed Orton, with Nakamura getting his second elimination with the Kinshasa. It was two on one, but The Game was not going to go quietly. Triple H busted open Kurt Angle with right hands and planted him with a spinebuster, seemingly about to finally eliminate his opposing captain. In a genius move, Nakamura exited the ring and grabbed a sledgehammer, daring Triple H to bring it on. Triple H was not about to be shown up, and charged at Shinsuke. The US Champion was one step ahead, rolling back into the ring, and as Triple H followed, a recovered Angle took him down, and applied the Ankle Lock! Beaten and embarrassed, Triple H could only hold on for so long before tapping out. Team Raw is victorious, and will now receive the number 30 spot in the Royal Rumble.
Winners: Team Raw Survivor(s): Kurt Angle and Shinsuke Nakamura
