After the startling events of Payback, the Monster Among Men Braun Strowman will get a huge opportunity in tonight's main event, as he takes on Dolph Ziggler. Austin Aries looks to keep his momentum going, Chris Jericho in singles action plus The Revival host an open challenge.

Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder were looking to prove that they are still the "Top Guys" on Raw by issuing this open challenge. They might reconsider issuing open challenges, as they were answered by the returning Hardy Boyz! Jeff and Matt Hardy returned to Universe Mode in a big way, with the Charismatic Enigma connecting on a Swanton Bomb to put Dash Wilder away.

Chris Jericho vs Sheamus
Fresh off another successful title retention at Payback, United States Champion Chris Jericho went one on one with Sheamus. Y2J got off to a fast start, before Kevin Owens appeared once more. Owens seems to be obsessed with Jericho, and although he wasn't victorious last night, he made a big impact here. The Celtic Warrior took advantage of the distraction to connect with a Brogue Kick, and just like that, pinned the champion.
Winner: Sheamus
Austin Aries vs Kalisto
Austin Aries is one of the fastest rising stars on Raw, but Kalisto is no slouch, and this was a highly competitive match-up. Aries came close to putting things away multiple times, but couldn't get the job done. Kalisto then looked for the Salina del Sol, which might've been it, but Double A countered beautifully into a brainbuster to pick up another win.
Winner: Austin Aries

Next week, Raw GM Shane McMahon will be on Monday Night Raw to address the Universal Championship match at Payback, and the futures of Samoa Joe and Seth Rollins.
Braun Strowman vs Dolph Ziggler
Although the Show-Off had plenty of heart, he simply just didn't have what it took to compete with Braun Strowman. The Monster Among Men was as destructive as ever, delivering three huge powerslams to Dolph, including one on the floor. Ziggler, battered and broken, was out cold, as Strowman made a statement.
Afterwards, even that level of pain wasn't enough for Braun. He busted open Ziggler with right hands, before putting him through the announce table with a huge chokeslam. Someone needed to put a stop to this man, and that's when Finn Balor's music hit. Balor rushed Strowman, and had him on the ropes for a second. Ultimately, Balor was just another victim, and he ate a big powerslam, as Strowman continued to wreak havoc.
Winner: Braun Strowman
