Henry's Universe Mode #66: Raw

Welcome to a special Thursday edition of Raw. GM Paul Heyman has been very busy, signing some big matches for Unforgiven on September 25th. CM Punk and John Cena will finally settle their score, with the Intercontinental Title on the line in a ladder match. Former friends Shawn Michaels and Triple H face off in a Loser Leaves Town match, with the loser heading to Smackdown. Chyna asked for and received her rematch for the Women's Title at Unforgiven. And for this episode of Raw, the main event tag team match will earn the winners a tag title match against The Shield. Let's get going.

Thursday Night Raw

The Outsiders vs The Dudley Boyz

Nash and Hall were unsuccessful in capturing the World Tag Team Titles, but looked to get back in the title hunt against the debuting Dudley Boyz. Unfortunately for the boys from Dudleyville, The Outsiders looked to be on another level. In just under five minutes, Scott Hall scored the win with a chokeslam on D-Von Dudley.

Winners: The Outsiders

Chyna vs Ivelisse

The new number one contender to the Women's Title was in action against the fairly unknown Ivelisse in this contest. Both women seemed well matched, and it was a very competitive contest. Ivelisse showed absolutely no fear, brawling and staying with the seemingly unstoppable Chyna, trading strike for strike. Ivelisse even appeared to be closing in on a victory, but Chyna countered a hurricanrana attempt into a big powerbomb. Chyna then connected on a Gorilla Press slam, but Ivelisse showed her tenacity in kicking out. She didn't survive long though, and Chyna connected on a big DDT to continue rolling toward Unforgiven.

Winner: Chyna

Hideo Itami and Finn Balor vs Kurt Angle and Rusev- #1 Contender's Match for the World Tag Team Titles

This was a very intriguing match made by Paul Heyman, forcing wrestler who faced off last week in tag teams this week, with a title match on the line. The same tactic worked for Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns of the Shield, and Heyman wondered if opponents could work together once more.

The biggest question heading into this match was unity between both teams, and that would be the biggest difference. Itami and Balor worked very well together, tagging in and out and watching each other's back. Angle and Rusev were another story, with Angle refusing to tag Rusev in and Rusev "accidentally" hitting Angle several times. Finally, it all got a boiling point, with Angle and Rusev getting in each other's face, neither giving ground. Balor capitalized, rolling up Angle to pick up the win for his team and a title match at Unforgiven.

Winners: Hideo Itami and Finn Balor

The Shield Send a Message to Paul Heyman

The outro of Raw was interrupted by a pre-taped message from the Shield. They repeated the point that they are the Hounds of Justice, and said that Raw was being run into the ground by Paul Heyman. After the main event fiasco tonight, most of the crowd agreed. At Unforgiven, they will not only posses the tag belts, but the world title as well. However, the Shield want true justice for the Raw brand. So, they are proposing a major stipulation; if Seth Rollins is victorious against Brock Lesnar, then Paul Heyman will be removed from his position as Raw General Manager.

A big night of Raw culminates with a big challenge laid down by the Shield. Will Heyman accept their terms? Tune into Raw next week to find out!

South Park "Not Funny" Review

Good night, amateur trolls that trolled a troll and trolled themselves into a troll, brothers. With one episode to go in the season, South Park has remained consistently funny and on-point with their humor, though I worry about how their going to wrap all of this up. There are a good six to seven ongoing storylines right now, and only one episode to finish off a few of them. There was no clear focus this week, but I'll start where the episode ended, with Gerald's troll-based storyline. It's pretty satisfying to see the Troll Hunter's massive revelation; that he is, in fact, just another troll, bent on world destruction. Even Gerald couldn't find the humor in his master plan, as the Troll Hunter is truly in a league of his own. With the world on the brink of war, the trolling has truly begun, as the Troll Hunter went to work on his own employees and the other trolls, though why they had to be naked for that is beyond me. Kyle is always a sucker for saving the ...
